Download all appliance log files

You can download all of the appliance log files to track and review what is happening on the appliance to help identify any problems that might occur.

1.
On the left navigation pane, click Settings to expand the section, then click Appliance Logs to display the Appliance Logs page.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Download All Logs to display the Appliance Logs page.
3.
Click OK.
The log files are download as a single .tgz file.

You can provide access to any log files or screenshots of problems to help Quest KACE Technical Support diagnose and resolve issues.
